We collect the name, email address and phone number you give us when signing up, the answers you give about your restaurant, and the invoices you upload. We use them to run the service and to contact you about it, including by phone. We do not sell them. To read your invoices, we send them to artificial intelligence providers: Google (Gemini) reads them, and Anthropic (Claude) may review them to correct reading errors. These documents may contain personal data, for example on a payslip. These providers are located partly outside the European Union, notably in the United States. They process your documents only to provide this service to us: they do not use them to train their models, and they keep them only for a limited period, for security purposes. You can ask for a copy of your data, or for your account to be deleted, by writing to hello@takosolutions.com.
